        This park is maintained. It could use some updates. I have lived here for over a year. Price rates have hiked and you get charged for rent, water, sewer and Garbage. The rates continue to climb forcing some residents to leave the park. It's sad to see good neighbors who can't afford the increases forced out. The current park manager is great. But unfortunately the company who owns the park is not so great.
