      image Zero sense of priority or workflow. Took 5-10 minutes per pizza in line. Took 50 minutes from time of order placed to receive pizza, one pizza was made 10 minutes before the other. We walked in 30 minutes after ordering, and sat for another 20 minutes while they prioritized walk-ins who received their pizzas in 5 minutes. I asked why we were so low on the priority list and got a dismissive response and no action to speed things up.
      I tipped 20% and wish I could take it back.
