Brian Patterson is an extraordinary person and the only mortgage broker I would consider calling if I need to purchase another property in Oregon. He has always taken that extra step to make sure my needs are met, even arranging for the store I bought my appliances from to hold the sale price for me an extra day till the wire transfer on my refinance went through.That's above and beyond in my book. I'm glad to have met Brian, and I highly recommend him.
