        I have worked with Gail for over 11 years. In that time, I have experienced both her skills as a massage therapist and as a yoga instructor. Hands down, she is the best in shiatsu and thai massage. Also, a gentle and professional yoga instructor who works with breath, body movements and modifications for those less flexible. She is an amazing person! And a gifted healer!

        Gail is a natural healer with calming energy. I used to only get deep tissue treatments, but her shiatsu touch has made such a difference in my neck and hip pain! Her space at Body Bliss Yoga Studio is very clean and relaxing.
