My elderly mom made an appointment over a month in advance to have some work done on her car. She dropped her car off at the agreed upon time, but Taylor Automotive kept her car for a full week and did not do the work. My mom finally picked her car up because she needed it--obviously! Despite this experience, she called back to have Taylor do the needed work, because she wants to support small local businesses. She was told that she needed to make an appointment, and they were booking appointments a month out. It didn't make any difference that she had had an appointment before and the work hadn't gotten done. She finally called the dealership and had the work done there.

They did a great job with my car. After taking it to the local Toyota dealership and being charged an arm and a leg to be handled by my keys with still NO air conditioning. Taylor auto took the time to inspect it and found it rather quickly. They are honest and do a great job.

Excellent shop, these guys really are the best around! My wife and I have been taking our vehicle's to Taylor's for a few years now, and they've always gone above and beyond to help us out. Both Richard and Sam are not only great mechanics, but also very professional, fair and honest folks. I stopped by yesterday on a break from work because I was getting a weird noise from my serpentine belt. Sam dropped what he was doing, and came out to inspect. He diagnosed it as a worn out tensioner pulley. Richard advised me not to drive any further, and asked if I could leave my truck there for the day. Sam went above and beyond by giving me a ride back to work, and took care of my truck right away, in the midst of a seemingly busy day for the shop. When I picked up my truck later, the noise was gone, and the belt sounded much smoother, all for a fair price. These folks have your best interests in mind, and will go out of their way to keep your vehicles on the road! I have been sending friends to Taylor's ever since we found the shop, and will continue to do so. If you need work done on your vehicle, I can't recommend these guys enough!
