I had a 3:00 appointment for an oil change. My husband took the car in. At 4:00 I called my husband. He was still waiting for the car. Knew nothing. Had no idea why it was taking an hour for an oil change. After my call, my husband went to find out what was going on. That was when he was told the tech made a mistake and basically had to start over. This is very poor communication and poor customer service. I would suggest that Hillsboro Tonkin work on improving their communication skills and customer service. Today was the worst service we have ever had at any dealership. Sure they gave us $30 off. Should have been free. At this time I cannot say if I will give Hillsboro Tonkin a second chance. Their service writer sucks.

There was some competition to buy this car. Danny met me at the dealership 45 minutes before opening time to get the sale started. Danny and all the people at Tonkin Hillsboro Chevrolet were friendly and helpful.

Sean was very professional and fixed the issue with my memory seat after a prolonged misdiagnosis and inventory shortage process. He finally brought the repair to a satisfactory conclusion, which was appreciated.

Ruben was very nice to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. Discussions of business terms was handled cordially and professionally.
