The handwash sink unit we have was expensive, but it works great. Getting replacement parts for it however, has been a lengthy pain in the A**. I called the company to order 2 replacement plugs (local hardware store array had nothing that would suffice), and I was given another number to call. I called that number, left a message, was responded to via text with an exchange that went back and forth several times. Never was clear if my order was confirmed, and was also expressing a certain urgency to get the unit functional again. A week went by with no arrival. Finally got back on the website, found another regional contact. Emailed a description and photos of what I needed, expressing urgency about getting the replacement parts. Email resulted in getting back on the phone to place an order by phone via credit card. Parts still won't get here til next week, unless I was ready to pay $30+ for shipping less than 4oz. of weight. Super challenging for what should have been super simple!
