This company is VERY bad. Their physical therapy services are fine, but they are extremely dishonest and shady. They swore up and down that their company and all the providers were in network with my insurance company. We got a bill saying otherwise. They lied to my wife to get her in the door. I called their billing and the lady cut me off the whole conversation. I asked for her supervisor and she hung up on me. I called back and the supervisor was having technical issues and couldnt speak with me. They were supposed to call me back and never did. I received a bill from them after my calls that is out of network. I called again and all of the supervisors were not available again. This company is EXTREMELY BAD. We will never do business with them again and neither should you!
