        Tried to go in one day, the sign said OPEN but all the doors were locked and I knocked but nobody answered. Someone with headphones in walked to the back and Im sure they saw me but did not answer. Tried one other time, and it was not busy when I went in. I ordered 2 tacos and a cheeseburger. I waited about 10 minutes, one person asked me what I needed but couldnt find my order. I waited ten more minutes, and I was ignored. I asked about my food, nobody could find it, the lady I asked said Im busy when I asked for help. Funny thing is the only other guy in the place said he was going to call customer service because he was treated the same way. Order lost, no communication, rude service, and when I asked about my food I was told Im busy. Wow. Failure on every level. I respect restaurant workers because Ive done the job myself. The whole team there dropped the ball on this one.
