I was a bit skeptical of hiring an agent because I was looking for a new house. Some people even told me that I may be able to get and extra discounts by negotiating with seller agent for not having a buyer agent. However, I decided to go with her because I also wanted to check out some older houses as well. During searching, she provide advices as much as possible to make a decision. Whenever I feel there's something I am missing about the house I liked, she provided her opinion as honest as possible when I asked. I remember she once told me "the location's terrible" when I told her about the location of a house. When I finally find a house to purchase, she was very responsive and try to make the process faster and painless as possible. There were something going on with the seller agent so she was chasing the agent to figure out what's going on. Once that's settled, she provided accurate opinions for the offer to close out the final cost of the house as well. Once the process is in progress, she coordinated with my loan officer to finally close the deal, which was way easier than I heard from other people, thanks to Tran. In summary, I really appreciate her honest opinions, fast response, as well as her patience. She's the agent that will help you, not the one who wants to sell a house and move on. Highly recommended.
