        Great little food truck and a nice enclosed spot to sit outside. Super friendly and the food was so delicious. They had it out within a few minutes. This was my first time eating there so we ordered A LOT lol

        The meat is juicy and flavorful, but wish they would soak the tortillas in the birria juice before grilling to get that rich taste. However, I am not sure about the consomm, it almost tastes like a mix and not nearly as flavorful as other places.
