    Raymond Van Orsow did an excellent job in helping us purchase our new car. All of the folks at the Royal Moore dealership were friendly and courteous. We went on at least four test drives and Raymond was able answer or get the answers to all of our questions. I will not hesitate to recommend Raymond Van Orsow at Royal Moore Mazda to anyone we know looking for a new or used vehicle.

(The update) Okay, so the Kia Fortes alarm system really did its job and locked us out! NOBODY could figure out what was going on. Not even Kia Customer Care (Corp)!!! The car wouldnt recognize the key fob, the car wouldnt start, the anti theft deterrent system really did its job and it did it too well! Enter Royal Moore Mazda THEY PULLED THE PLUG ON THE DEAL AND WAS LIKE: Nah we gotchu!! Lets put you in a different car. And they DID!!! My dad is SO SO SO HAPPY!! Look at him! Now he is able to get to and from his Chemo Therapy Treatments, explore the town, go painting, and everything else he wants to do. Royal Moore Mazda when I say they went above and beyond, that is an understatement. I was crying from happiness as we left the dealership. Thank you Jorge and Managers!     I was looking to buy my first new car and my wife and I had two Mazdas previously. Based on our satisfaction with those cars I wanted a Mazda, but we used Royal Moore this time around and I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with them. Brandon Selnau and Fernando Morales were great! As I was looking through different models online Brandon communicated with me, even took a video of one car I had in mind before I even got to the dealership. Fernando was great showing me trims and test driving with me on Brandon's day off so I could zero in on the car I wanted. Next day I decided to buy and Brandon rushed in on his day off to go through everything with me. It was my first new car so they walked me through everything and kept me comfortable while I waited for paperwork and all of it. I never felt pressured to buy any extras or add-ons, what I felt was informed of my choices and that my deal was tailored to my budget, future plans, and my current needs. Everyone was over-the-top polite, patient with me and my questions, and every dept introduction was courteous and professional. My father tagged along just for his entertainment seeing his son buy his first new car and compared to many of his previous buying experienced he was really impressed with how it all went for me. Can't say enough about Brandon and Fernando and everyone I interacted with at the dealership. It is a process to get a new car, it took a few hours doing all the paperwork and waiting my turn to fill out the financing, but at no point was I overly annoyed or felt like my time was being undervalued. They got me in and out in my exact car that fit my needs in a reasonable amount of time at a solid price. When it's time for my next car my first stop, probably my only stop, will be a Royal Moore family dealership starting with another great Mazda.
