Craig is a great attorney and one whom I stand by not only for his abilities but also for his dedication. The man volunteers on cases wherein children are being abused and neglected while also taking on private cases that are also very time consuming. All of that, in addition to what he is taking on with his wife and the relative struggles. Craig has been our rock and our hope through years of court issues involving my ex and our daughter. He has helped where others would not and has chosen to continue to despite financial hardship because it is in the best interest of my kiddo. That to me speaks volumes. Even more so when you consider all that it has taken and the time involved. Craig,I hired him as my attorney and paid him a retainer, never received any paper work on a retainer agreement, he then told me his wife had cancer, which I understand the feeling my mom passed away from cancer! Craig said everything was ok and can keep representing me in my manner, Craig would show up in court and in trial with his shirt buttons not buttoned, I am fighting for custody of my child, my kids mom was using narcotics, and that was a big defense of mine! Yet the judge looked at Craig and said " I still do not know what drugs she was using". I wouldn't speak to Craig for weeks at a time and feel there is definatly a malpractice going on. I offered him payments and aggressively denied my payments because it wasn't enough. I still to this day havnt been shown his retainer agreement, to know what his minimum payment would be, also he had never signed any agreement with me, I personally have had a horrible time with Craig Wymaltelak, and wish someone can read this so that they can understand what I went through!
