        It appears that Dr Roberts retired last Oct and no one bothered to notify us. My husband had an appointment for a cleaning and exam. After the cleaning he was told to make another appointment if he wanted to see the doctor. That's when he found out there is a new doctor. We don't have time to make multiple appointments for a cleaning and exam. Dr Roberts saw each patient every time. After years and years of going to HDC we are moving on to a new dentist. Happy retirement Dr Roberts!! You are missed.

        I had my scheduled dental cleaning this morning. Very smooth and pleasant experience (as pleasant as dental cleanings can be!). The hygienist did an excellent job communicating to me what to expect each step of the way. I like that she did not assume that I knew and understood everything, even though I did. This is a small but important detail in attitude that makes the clinic and the experience welcoming to everyone, not just to those accustomed to the tools and procedures of dentistry.
