        i have been asking to speak with their branch manager ( Kevin) or the court to have a hearing for the last 7 years about over charge , THE man i spoke told me to bad we do not go back or reimburse over pay . while i pay insurance directly to my child mother -the ODCS-division was also deducting from my work payroll . as i am asking these hearings i never stooped paying . finally i called the Hillsborough office May 2020 for the 7 times , as soon as i the lady i spoke send me to collections , IRS and cancel my passport privilege. i was calling to get help instead i got sever punishment. i cannot drive due to Corona -19 to Salem , cannot hire an attorney the only option was the media . they are an supervised bunch God help us all. (by the way Kevin does not know what is going on they will not allow you to see him poor guy!

        Just a collection agency for the state, no compassion for young children or single parents. They just want to collect debts for the state of Oregon no matter who it hurts.
