We highly, highly recommend Susie Jurgenson of Welcome Home Realty. We would give more than five stars if we could. With her help, we identified and successfully bid our property in less than one week and she helped us negotiate a very good deal!
Our experience with her shows shes incredibly capable and knowledgeable about the local real estate market and its history. She is very organized and quickly returned our calls, answered all our questions thoroughly and kept us, our lender, the sellers and the title company up to date on the status of everything. She frequently went out of her way to help. She met the home inspector and appraiser at the new house so we did not have to take time off work.
Shes also a sweet friendly person who is a pleasure to work with. We trust her judgment which is what you really want in a Realtor. I'm grateful we had the chance to work with her during this huge process!!
