Extra Mile

I tried to buy a buy two get one free offer and the lady who checked me out was so rude I ended up leaving without buying anything. When checking out I noticed I was being charged for all 3 items. When I questioned the price she barked "That's why I asked if you were a member!!". Almost like she was scolding a child. How about instead of just asking if someone is a member before ringing them up, you explain that being a member is required to revive the offer. You obviously knew what I was trying to do, but instead decided to talk down to me, then let out the most obnoxious sigh I've heard from an adult when I asked you to remove the third item. Either get better signs or train your employees to at the very least, not treat you like a burden.

Phillis or however you spell her name was beyond disrespectful! She refused us service, and chased us out yelling. The reason for this? We wanted to buy a lighter. She told us I need three forms of ID (mind you we are all 20) and only one of us had our ID on us. She continues to tell us we need to be 21 in order to purchase a lighter because they contain tobacco what?! When we question her she got very angry so we asked her to just remove the lighter and we would just buy our drinks instead. She continues to talk about how we are wrong and she knows how to do her job after and had already moved on from the situation. She then tells me to swipe my card and not even two seconds later she yells at me saying you messed it up. So I waited for her to do what she had to do to reset it and as Im swiping my card she says Im not serving you get out of my store taking our drinks and yelling. She continues following us yelling till we are in our car. Wth?! I will be calling tomorrow and reporting this. She should not be working with people if she is so explosive
