We are currently contracted to have a few windows replaced through DaBella so I called them first when getting estimates for our tub that needs replacing. Sarah came out and I made it clear from the start that I was just doing an estimate today. We weren't going to sign anything or commit to anything. She was fine with that and was perfectly sociable while going over details. When the estimate came out, so did the pushy sales tactics. I reminded her that we weren't ready to commit, but that I liked what I saw - however my husband would like to get additional estimates before we do anything more. She would play the game of calling the office to try to get more discounts to try to win me over like we were haggling over a used car. I told her I just want the estimate, even if that meant losing any 'discounts' they had. She made a rude comment to my roommate, packed her things and walked out the front door, leaving it wide open where our 2 dogs could run out. Her friendliness was just a scam to build rapport. I was planning on using them in the long run after getting a few more estimates to satisfy my husband, so she would have gotten the commission. (I'm not an idiot, I know that's how these people work) - but after that predatory display...she just lost the sale for her company. All because she had to be pushy when I told her not to be. I told her I liked what I saw and that I just needed a few estimates to humor my husband and I would have called back. But that wasn't good enough for her. So fine....we'll take our business elsewhere.

I had my siding and trim replaced by DaBella in Q1 2024. This time with DaBella I had a pretty good experience. I expected the high pressure sales tactics after my bathtub project. Due to time of year the installation happened really quickly after signing the papers. The crew was so fast and didnt leave a mess behind. Siding & caulking look great. Now scheduling painting with a different company. 4 stars for pressure & the siding pieces left behind my house a month later.

Dabella completed our window install. Jeff Weigel the sales rep was very informative.
The install team did a good job
