This guy is absolutely the worst business man I have ever dealt with. I bought a part for my Note 4 on Friday, had my wife spend 3 hours in the car going there and back to pick it up and he sold her the wrong part. I talked to him that day and he said he could meet me Saturday to "make it right" I have called him about 20 times and have never received a call back. I paid $30 for this part and didn't use it. I was able to order one on Saturday from Amazon and got it yesterday. Absolutely terrible service and business practice. I don't know how you're still in business

I had a terrible experience working with the owner. Background: My S6 edge screen was broken. He asked for cash upfront for repair that will take 4-5 days. I did not get my phone till 3 weeks later, and still not repaired. 1) He does not respond to calls or texts, unless you are a new customer. 2) There is no fix time when shop is opened or closed. 3) He will not tell you the problem as is, but always come up with excuse on why it was delayed. Save yourself some time and money. Don't go here, unless he promises to fix it same day. He might be replacing part, who knows! I had the most terrible experience of my life as a customer here. PS: I never ever wrote reviews before. The owner is not running a business, he is running a joke is what I feel. I am giving him a star as he at least returned my phone back.

This is the worst so called business I ever had to deal with. Be cautious! They scam people! Use old parts for Replacements or cheap eBay knock off parts that don't work. They never answer the phones or ever get back to you when leaving messages. I have been back numerous times and it's always been more of a hassle trying to get my phone back to the way it was then anything. Don't trust the good reviews, I hear they have people do that to get better ratings. Save yourself time and money and go to a real business that care about customer service. Wish I could give it a zero star is how bad this crappy place is. Good luck with your business.
