Go visit Michael Profrock at this Interstate All Battery Center. Michael understands that business is about people. He deserves to be commended for the exceptionally great SERVICE he provides. Because of Michael, I will go out of my way to purchase any batteries I ever need from him alone. Customer service isn't dead after all. I'm 50 years old and have bought car batteries several times throughout my life, but this guy went above and beyond! If you are a person who believes in paying it forward, support good business people like Michael, and do business with him. Thank you, Michael. Less than one stair.
I took the almost new batteries for my 94-year-old mother's power chair because they were not holding power and they are still covered by the warranty, but instead of replacing them so that she could be mobile again, the manager insisted on doing a 3-day test on them, and then they did not answer the phone or answer my messages on the 3rd day, so I wasted gas to drive there, and the manager was off for the weekend and left no information, this is how Interstate in Hillsboro treats the disabled elderly people, I have been a customer for years, but not anymore.
