Class Cuts

I went in to get my hair colored more specifically my roots where all the grey is. None of my roots were colored, none of my grey was colored, a cutting board was used to put color on my hair. I asked for highlights red and blonde. There is no red. It looks like I need to have it colored my roots are dark and look awful. I was charged for a haircut because my bangs were cut and uneven. When I asked if it could be fixed I was told I needed to pay ANOTHER $90. I usually go to the beauty school my appt got cancelled and I didn't have another time to go with my schedule. Now I'm going to the beauty school for a root touch up. NEVER go there. Horrible experience and very unprofessional. Bri was her name. When I asked about my roots she made up some story about what she was doing was better. When I told her none of my grey was covered and it's the reason I color my hair her reply was well I hope you find someone you like better. She isn't going to make it in the field with her sloppy work and bad customer service.
