        Worthless location. Never staffed and manager is useless past greeting people.

        My parents went in to close their account. The associate did not check their identification and handed them their cash in a envelope without counting it. My mom had to ask her to count the money in front of her. And even after physically going in to close the account, we had to call Wells Fargo the next day to make sure it is closed. Nothing here makes sense.
