        ZERO STARS! Just say NO for small business banking! Chase places holds on so many checks for an exorbitant amount of time. These are not checks from new clients and we are NOT a new account. These are checks from repeat clients, some of whom also bank with Chase. The straw that broke this camel's back is the cashier's check they're holding for 14 days (AFTER verifying the check is legit and funds have already been transferred from Wells Fargo to Chase). Why a two week hold when Chase literally HAS the funds???? Its asinine.

        WARNING!!!! DO NOT BANK HERE!! DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY HERE!! The ATM TOOK HUNDRED OF DOLLARS I attempted to deposit into my account and DID NOT deposit it, instead gave an error message and DID NOT keep a record of my deposit attempt and gave NO RECEIPT! Gave me a number to call and waited for 30 minutes on a phone line for the 2 most UNHELPFUL people, especially the person by the name THENU! A person came in while I was going through this and said this has happened to them 3 TIMES!! DO NOT COME HERE! They should be reported to the better business bureau!! DO NOT BANK HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE!!
