Same stuff youll see in every comment, but heres my experience; Staff was weird. Only found one employee that actually wanted to answer questions and help. One of the games started with about 4v10. Fullface masks are required but you can walk in with tshirt and shorts on LOL. Some guy went fullauto midgame with no consequences (he told me) but i cant pull out my emptied gbb in the lobby to change hopup without some employee hitting me with a flouride stare

Paid $150 for me and my two kids to play. Huge waste of money. We left after 15 minutes. It not worth the money or the drive. Employees were rude and the prices were high. Total rip off. Do not recommend.

the customer service is horrible the employees are rude every time Im there. I really do enjoy airsoft and like many people when I leave the house I try my best to be respectful to others and have a positive attitude, today I was told that my mask was unsafe to play with.(Ive been here numerous times with this mask over the course of 5 years and have had no issues its the only one I have.) each employee says different things one will say the mask is okay and one will not. So now with my friend's waiting to play I have to get a new mask. I have also had experiences where the employees can not find my bbs that I stored with them (you cannot leave the arena with bbs you purchased with your own money and use them at the arena again they have to be stored at the arena)and at that point well, tough luck sorry, you have to buy new ones. Dont dare plead your case with employees they will not have any of it as it is surely the customers fault always. Very upsetting and unprofessional. My freinds and I also stood around for 30 min waiting for a game to start but were not put on the list after paying for the session so we missed a game. Im typically not one to be a stickler however this is a re- occurring theme. Customers come first in business you hear it everywhere, but here I dont think so. It feels like they really just want money and It shows!. Had that mask for years. I appreciate the concern for safety but the way it was approached makes this feel like its all just for money. Maybe I have to play elsewhere.

Boycott Oregon Airsoft Same price to play one block of time with your own stuff as it would be to rent all their gear. Can't bring your own BB's for safety reasons or we want to charge you anywhere we can?!?
