        Happy to live in this newly developed apartment complex. We have been here at least 3 years now. I can barley hear my neighbors above below or on the sides. The maintenance team is prompt, do good work and very respectful. We are enjoying the many community amenities that are well maintained. I would recommend living here.

        I have lived at Zera for a few years and have really enjoyed my time here. The office staff has always been friendly and I love the new dog park for mu pup. Every maintenance request is addressed quickly and the maintenance manager Ben communicates when an issue will take a couple extra days to fix. I recommend this place to my friends and coworkers.
