The Quarry

I've lived at the Quarry for a year now. I am renewing my lease as well because I like it here so much. Any issues that come up are usually taken care of quickly and efficiently. The leasing agents are always friendly and easy to talk to. There are mishaps that have happened but they're really not worth complaining about. For example, the garage door has been open for quite some time because of some malfunction with the door opening and closing, but they are working on fixing that and unfortunately some things just take time. Other things have been very small, like the hot tub and coffee machine being non-op, but those issues are usually fixed quickly. The maintenance people come pretty quickly as well, I haven't needed anything major, but the small things I've needed were taken care of efficiently. Other than that, the building is always clean, I rarely hear my neighbors, and the amenities are sick; the only reason I see myself leaving is if I can ever afford to buy a house lol.

Our experience at The Quarry has been fantastic. From initial contact, we were met with timely responses and useful information from the Assistant Community Director, Marissa. She was incredibly helpful throughout the tour, leasing and move in process. The community is very welcoming and the building is just as nice. Amenities are great, especially the gym and the parking is well worth it. We are very happy with our choice to live here!

Beautiful little apartment complex with courtyard access and a nearby park. The staff was very helpful especially Marissa when signing a lease. All of the residents have also been very friendly so far!

I love living at the Quarry so far. Been here for three months, Marissa was so helpful when I first moved in, as I had a lot of specific requests due to the nature of my self-employed, at home business, needing space for home office etc, and my service, emotional support dog was recovering from double knee surgery, so we needed certain requirements with his care. Marissa, Kyle and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the stressful move smooth and painless, they were kind, patient, friendly and accommodating, ensuring we found the best place to meet our needs.
