Do not live here. The area is awful and the agency in charge of this property is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and a waste of time. The manager will never call you back. They asked me for a deposit TWICE because they renovated our apartments and I was foolish enough to give it to them. They are a horror story and I highly advise against anyone being a future tenant. They left us without mail for a MONTH and the USPS mail worker told me that they had illegally installed the mailbox. This business is shady, unreliable, and full of liars. Feel free to reach out to me for more details. If you are looking to move, I recommend Hayden Group LLC, the previous management agency that was in charge of our apartments, was 100% better in every way. Do not ever rent from Regency Management Inc.
