Our family has never had such bad allergies until moving here. Insulation is almost not there at all. The closet is literally a refrigerator and grows mold on the wall from being wet from the outside in. Do not move here unless it is your only option.

You are about to move here, stop, they are professional scammers, I notified them since January and they continue to make me pay the rent until the month of March (phantom charges) the poor treatment of the girls who serve the office is free, They talk to you as if they were doing you a favor, they are rude.

Someone left human feces in the stairwell and when I called maintenance I was told it was not an emergency, ended up waiting an entire 5 days for them to clean up the human waste!! On top of that, there has been gasoline spilled in our stairwell, glass bottles shattered, and holes punched in the wall that all took days and multiple phone calls where I was treated like garbage by the staff for maintenance to clean up.

Ive lived at Quatama Crossing for almost a year. This morning I came out to my car parked in a covered spot that I pay for And I had a parking sticker on it. The sticker said that I didnt have a valid parking permit to be in the spot. I tried to remove the sticker from my car and my window was worse than a window decal being stuck on it. When I called the office to inquire, I was basically told When you buy a new car until you get the plates, we go month-to-month, even though you pay for the spot. I was never told that when I went in with my car information and had it added to my approved cars. I was told I should have known The spot is $50 a month. The car is BRAND new. I was quoted at $100 to remove the sticker because it RUINED my window. Ill be paying the hundred dollars and filing a claim in small claims court. This is gonna end up happening to a single parent Or somebody who doesnt deserve it. Do better

I lived at Quatama Crossing for seven years. It was, by far, the best managed apartment complex I had ever lived in. The staff was always very friendly and professional. All maintenance requests were addressed within 24 hours and were done properly the first time. I considered all the office and maintenance staff as friends. Others that complain about issues of lost or displaced deliveries, is not the fault of the staff. There are over 720 units. They have on site security at night, parking lot security at night, and a seasonal lifeguard for the pool. Those persons can't be everywhere all the time. It's a large complex. Sadly, there is little Quatama Crossing can do about such issues every time something goes wrong. They do much more than most complexes. Would I live there again? YES! Would I recommend living there? Defiantly!
