Very thankful for Dr. Frischman (and staff) at HVC! She neutered my rabbit in September 2023 (surgery went beautifully), and a week later he came down with a mystery illness (we later figured out it was GI stasis). She was able to see him right away when I called, and was very helpful treating and following up when he relapsed less than a month later. She is patient, answered all my questions, and it is very obvious she loves her patients (big and little). This past week, my rabbit wasnt eating much hay. I called Thursday just before closing and they were able to squeeze him in for a dental check on Friday afternoon. Dr. Frischman and her assistant established a relationship with Blue quickly and thoroughly checked Blues teeth for abnormalities. After identifying that his teeth were normal, she got an xray and determined he has a mild case of stasis (again)! She sent us home with an anti-inflammatory and a gut mobility medication. Dr. Frischman shared with me that she is continuing her education, specifically about rabbits! So thankful to have a vet that goes above and beyond to take care of her patients.

I always call with the upmost respect in my voice every single time my dogs need something. Only to be treated by horrible attitudes over the phone and in person. The ladys that work at the desk have absolutely no respect for anyone. They act like they have no clue what Im talking about and then act frustrated and completely rude. This has happened every time I call and my wife is a wittness. Not to mention wanting me to wait a week for me to bring my dog in that has a sinus infection. I have always paid every single bill on time of appointments only to be treated incredibly rude. So I called Oregon trail and was treated with a kind happy voice that told me a few different ways they can help and that they can work my dog in today!!! They also gave me an option to help pay for my dog which I dont need but the information givin and the care in their voice was a night and day difference. Theres nothing worst than calling for help only to have rude people answer. I will never bring my animals to hermiston vet clinic again. Not to mention they increase the meds my dog takes every few months so now, it was 80$ and now its 120$ talk about highway robbery. If I was the owner I would get rid of everyone at the front desk because thats who is ruining this place

The clinic's pricing structure is reasonable, and we have been delighted with the quality of service they have provided over the years.
