Seems to be grossly understaffed or poorly managed. Wait times are far too long. The number of games that don't work was innumerable. The technology issues in the winners circle made for long lines, though the clerk was doing a great job of staying g positive.

Have been to D+B tons. Games and drinks are great- but the only two time I have eaten here have both been awful. First time we had hair in out food. The managements fix? A cheap dessert. Honestly, we didnt even eat it. That was a like 5 years ago.
Second time was just a few weeks ago. I had resolved never to eat there again, but it was my kids birthday and he begged. Service was excellent and we had a great time. Until about 12/1am. The three of us that had the chicken wings were all woken violently ill. I was sick for 24 hours- bad sick. My poor kids were sick for 48 hours. Called and spoke to whoever answers the phone and they supposedly left a message for the manager. NEVER HEARD BACKA SINGLE WORD. $150 for dinner for 4, and a nasty sickness.. Thanks Dave and Busters!
