Cheap quality and shoddy finish work. I had no doorbell for four months. The unsold house next to mine has already had mold abatement, per the contractor who did it, but Ichigo hotly denies there is any mold and to mind my business, which I won't do because the unit is attached to mine. A house on my street had had feet of standing waterin the crawl space for a year. Then a sump pump was installed, which did not take care of the problem. Now the drainage is regraded. Realtor Kevin May, in the presence of four witnesses during the sales tour, told us all kinds of features were included in my unit. NOT ONE of his riduculase promises were true, and Ichijo did not honor his promises.
