As a first-time customer, I was very impressed with the quality of work and strong client experience. Alex was very quick with responding to my request for a quote. He provided the most competitively priced estimate, with the strongest warranty when compared to other local contractors. He responded to all of my questions quickly, got me on the books within a week, showed up on time, was professional, and did strong work on removing the moss from my roof and treating it. One of the easiest experiences Ive had with contractors in a while, with strong work completed. Would highly recommend Alex and his team for any pressure washing/moss removal work. Glad I chose his business!

Great service! They were able to come out and unclog our gutters within a couple days of inquiring. Easy to schedule and got a quote right away. Professional on the job and did good work. Premier Property Services will be our first call in the future!
