I’m routinely waiting 10-15 minutes to drop off a prescription. Open up the drop-off window. You need to start acting like a real pharmacy one of these days.

Always have to wait in line to pick up my prescription no matter what time I go. Stand 15 to 20 minutes waiting

Would give zero stars if possible. I would say about 98% of the time our prescriptions are not ready when we come to pick them up. Even if it's a day later than they were supposed to be done. In addition, I had a doctors prescription sent to them, and they refused to fill it. I'm taking all of our medications out of this pharmacy and going mail order - not worth the wait every single time!!

Need new management to run a business and manage time.they are always out of meds because that cost money and will cut into their bonus # not in it for the customer

The lady who answered the phone had no idea what she was doing. I tried to get some refills and she said that some were ready today and some would be ready tomorrow i asked if i could pick up some today then she said what and then told me nothing was ready and annoyingly said they still have to order and fill everything to cone in tomorrow. Super unprofessional glad im moving so i wont have to deal with them again
