Pretty great school to be in! Students, staff, and teachers were all kind and cared for all of their students that are attending at GRMS, well most of them but still overall good. They have a counseling office for students who need help for struggles at home and school and it's super easy to get with them by picking up a counseling slip at the office and they will get with you Asap during class to talk about what your dealing with at home and/or school. school even has assembly's, One assembly that they do here is about kindness week where we learn more about kindness which encourages are school to be kind and be helpful to other's making a great community for the school! During the week after the assembly we receive a paper talking about acts of kindness we can check off for rewards such as ice cream, bracelets, Our name on the wall as thanks for being kind, and lastly have socials! This school goes by trimesters and we get socials every trimester! Each trimester lasts about 6 weeks.

This school has been a pain on very many different occasions but I have met many amazing people here. Im on my 8th grade year & soon to be in high school in about a month & a half. The teachers here bring on many challenges & some are not anywhere close to being my favorites, but I do have one in mind. Not so long ago we had gotten a new teacher in my LA class, & the teacher they had picked was, in my opinion, the best choice they could have ever made for that school, her names Ms.Thorne. Throughout our time together I am beyond amazed about how much she has changed my perspective of learning, & not only has she helped me a lot with bringing my grades up & being a better student, she has helped me get through my own personal problems. As well as caring for our future she also cares for our well being, shes a very open person & its always so easy for me to tell her whats going on because shes so understanding. I may have not enjoyed my first two years of of middle school, & even the first two trimesters of my eighth grade year, but having her as my teacher is a blessing, & just for that, this school deserves 5 stars.
