Alta Massage Therapy

Alta is hands down the best massage therapist I've had the pleasure of being cranked on by. She found all my tender and sore spots and worked out some nasty knots and resilient injured areas. Highly recommend, especially for car accident help!

I was experiencing some lower back pain over the weekend and called around to find any available appointments. Luckily, I managed to secure an opening at Alta Massage due to a cancellation. It turned out to be a great experience for me. Alta, my massage therapist, was very knowledgeable explaining what was going on with my back. She did an excellent job addressing the issue with my back, and I already feel a lot better. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend that you give them a try. Thank you.

Alta is not only extremely skilled but she is incredibly educated. She is able to answer all the questions about what muscles are causing the issues & how she is working them out. She has done extra research to help determine the best way to help my facial muscle spasms. My range of motion improves after each visit. She listens/learns the pressure that is just right for the different parts of my body (she can use harder pressure on my shoulders/neck but uses a gentler touch with my face, arms, legs which are more sensitive). I only have to let her know once and she remembers each time. She also knows when there is an issue she cant quite fix with massage & suggests a visit at my chiro and what to ask them to work on. Which helps me out a lot when describing what I need when I go to my adjustments. She is wonderful at adapting to my mood some sessions I am chatty & we have a lovely conversation but sometimes I just want to nap & she is ok with that as well. I feel completely comfortable with her in all aspects of therapy. She is a professional & straight forward but has compassion for her patients needs. All the things you want in a massage therapist.

Alta is the best. Somehow she knows the problem areas Im experiencing and gets to work solving the issues. Life is better because I see her.
