I realized that I sometimes only rate for poor experiences; however, I've been a patient of Dr. Bergstrom's for several years now with all positive experiences. Him and his staff are caring and helpful, respond promptly to calls and myChart inquiries, schedule high priority appointments quickly and also trust that the patient knows their own body. After years of no luck with random health annoyances, Dr Bergstrom correctly suspected and sent me for testing of food allergies, which resolved the health issues! The staff also manages all of this with very short wait times.
