Dr. Gordon Kelch and his assistant Jeanette were awsome, both very informative, and made me feel very comfortable. Very positive experience!!!! Tara was very helpful,and nice!!!!

Revised review. Dr. Kwon is gone. My hygienist, Heather is gone. Thank goodness Nancy is still there. However, the professionalism of the office has declined. I had an implant that was botched, costing me thousands of dollars, a year of appointments, and still no implant. No apologies or anything. This week I showed up for a cleaning with a new hygienist. When I got to the office at 1:30 PM they told me she had called in sick that morning. No text, no phone call, no nothing to save me a trip and my time. There were 4 people standing and sitting behind the desk. Couldnt one of them have reached out to me? Im going to give them another chance. I hate finding new dentists. Dr. Kwon and his staff are excellent! I started with him a few years ago. I needed a lot of workas I neglected my mouth for a long time. We worked out a plan and things are so much better today. The crew there is awesome. Up front Nancy is very friendly and knows her way around insurance and billing. This really helps as she saves me money. Heather does all my hygiene work. Firm and gentle. And lastly, Dr. Kwon is great. He can do it all in his modern office. I wouldnt trust anyone else with helping me stay on track with my dental health.

I leveraged a change in insurance to switch dentists as the dentist I had been seeing was unable to relieve the "discomfort" I had from a bridge/crown for 3 years, continuing to say my bite needed adjustment. After listening to my complaint, Dr. Kelch took a close look at my x-ray, identified a suspected abscess, did some additional tests, and found the tooth was dead and referred me to an endodontist for a root canal. The endodonist found so much infection that he was unable to complete the procedure in one visit, and says it's likely it's been festering for 3 years. Kudos to Dr. Kelch!!! This could have been a very serious health situation had it gone on much longer. Additionally, the hygiene appointment was among the most thorough I've ever had, with special focus on gum and root care. I highly recommend Gresham Advanced Dentistry!!!
