Unethical and illegal treatment of employees.

Several teachers were yelling at the kids pretty rudely, such as threatening to call parents or lock them in the van alone if they didnt listen, while at the Olson Farms Pumpkin Patch on October 17, 2023. A girl got hurt while playing and one of the teachers was invalidating and shaming in how she spoke to her. The teacher left her to cry on her own for several minutes. I spoke up to say it seemed that she could use kindness and validation; the teacher did not do anything, instead continued to leave the girl alone after saying she did not have ice. As a parent this was all disturbing to see and not what I would expect from preschool teachers. This school appears to need the teachers to be trained in how to speak to children in an engaging way. The teachers do not appear to know how to emotionally regulate themselves so how can they teach this to the children?

The staff was nice. However, It was my one year olds first daycare experience. He went one day and got sick which I understood and he was out for 2 weeks. He finally went back for 2 more days. He fell twice and hit his head. Came home with bruises on his forehead. On the last day he fell again on his head and got pink eye. His eyes were swollen and red. I felt my son was not getting the care he should be receiving. The place seemed unsanitary and my poor child would come with dried food still on his face. The apology I received was backhanded and insincere. Would not recommend this place.

Stepping stones was great at first.. I feel like there baby center needs adequate employment... I always felt like they were under staffed.
The management was nice and always helpful.
When my child moved to toddler room he was ok at first, and then ended up getting hand foot and mouth. It was the worst our pediatrician had ever seen.. let alone my child's pain... I was told my management that it wasn't there fault because there was no other cases .. my child had never been exposed to such an unsanitary place.. make sure you do a walk through before you make a decision where your child goes !
