        These contractors have been working in the office space just above us for several months now and repeatedly perform loud, disruptive work during business hours. Each time, they promise not to schedule work during the work day that might be disruptive to our business operations but they keep on doing it anyway. Same lead on the job each and every time. It's impossible to have meetings and/or vital customer conference calls when this work is going on. The lack of concern and respect for other building occupants is disturbing and unprofessional.
