Always had great customer service, brought in a few of my dodge ram 2500s and they told me exactly what needed to be changed or worn out before they could do an alignment. Very nice guys. Owner is nice and fair.

I paid for alignment.... Before I paid, I discussed specifically what I wanted, and what the problem was. Despite that it's not what I got. I noticed the front was not done correctly. Came back to discuss with owner who is actually a nice guy. However he didn't want to do it correctly, so he gave me back all the money.
A complete waste of my time. I took the car down the street two blocks and they fixed it up in no time.
Alignment 50s equipment is out of calibration.
See attached before and after specs. You can see how far off Alignment 50s work was. I didn't even have to explain much to the shop who did the job right. As soon as I mentioned what was going on they took one look at the front end and could, just like myself, see the alignment was incorrect.
Would not recommend alignment 50 or their equipment.
Update 8/17 - Alignment 50 damaged two of my wheels as well. One of them is in the pictures attached to this review These are grooves you can feel with your fingernail, not just surface marks.....
