        It was fine. They have a great product...we looked at an Imagine trailer.

        I just had my trailer repaired at Caveman RV and I can't say enough good things about Chris, the mechanic. He did a great job fixing all the issues my trailer had, in a shorter than expected timeframe but he was also willing to provide alternative solutions for problems that were outside my budget. He was honest and knowledgeable and ultimately gained my customer loyalty.

        Walked in with the control board from my 20 year old furnace, thinking that the best I could hope for was for them to order it in in a few days. Was surprised when the salesman walked to the back and produced a replacement. Since it wasnt exactly the same (it was better, from Dinosaur Electronics) he asked one of his techs to come confirm it was functionally equivalent. Not only did he do that, he brought his tester from the back and confirmed my diagnosis that the fan relay had gone bad, ensuring the replacement was the part I needed. Above and beyond service all for the cost of the part, at less than MSRP by the way. I cant endorse my new friends at Caveman RV enough.
