I dont know what happened, I they started off with exceptional service but over time issues like bathroom fans going out and water leaks from toilets we were treated like we were lying and they wouldnt fix the problems. The fence that goes around our yard was collapsing due to lack of maintenance and took almost 2 years for them to fix and they still havent fixed it. Boards laying in the yard and lopsided fence that was lazily put back together. I told them about a leak from a toilet under the floor where it got soft from water damage and the handyman replaced the wax ring and said itll dry out and guess what its still soft and water damaged. Im assuming our landlord wasnt happy with the service and is switching property management companies. With no notice real wise cancelled our garbage and they took our trash cans early which weve paid for to have until the end of the month. Along with other issues I would avoid this company if you can theyre not interested in taking care of landlords properties or the tenants on the property. They also intimidate people with eviction notices without any warning. For example they changed their address and didnt notify any tenants so my renters insurance information went to the old address and they sent out an eviction notice for violating my lease, for their mistake. Wouldnt take responsibility for their failure to notify us of an address change, they told me it was my responsibility to get them the information. How am I supposed to do that without a correct e-mail or address? Absolutely awful company.
