Im beyond frustrated with Timber Kids. My kids have been going to the grants pass location for a few years now and things just get worse with each visit. The Female dentist has filled many cavities for one of my children and quite a few have fallen out shortly after, resulting in me having to pay more money to have them refilled or a suggestion of having her teeth crowned. Not only is the work subpar but, then their billing department has no idea what they are doing. I never get a a copy of a detailed bill just a basic bill that says I owe money two months after the visit. They seem to always say that my insurance is denied even though upon speaking with my insurance company, they bills have been paid. Because of their billing departments negligence I keep getting bills in the mail for totals of anywhere from $900 to $1300 for basic work even after already paying out several hundred dollars. I have attempted to contact their billing department several times. I have left messages. I have even told the dental office front desk about this. However, no one will get back to me on anything. I ended up canceling my daughters last visit because I am done giving them my business until they can get this situation figured out.

Both my kids have been going here for about three years now. Staff has always been really nice and helpful. Very clean facility. Would recommend to anyone.

HUGE thank you to this team of professionals! We have been battling for months between insurance and abilities of dentists to get my son who has Autism Spectrum disorder- into get his teeth fixed. He was in insurmountable pain, and had already been given two rounds of antibiotics. Timber kids came through when my husband ( full of tears ) pled with them for help. They didn't have any openings that day but somewhere between the hard work of the Timber Team and God, a miracle happened and they got him in immediately. When you have a child suffering and feel helpless, you know what relief this was. LAUREN & Dr. HENDRIX were AMAZING. So compassionate, patient, and loving. My son is TERRIFIED of needles, and Dr. Hendrix kept him calm and was so patient. They even started cracking jokes!!!! I will say, that the ladies who work in the "billing" department on the back desk were less than approachable. The doctor had said what to do as far as payment, and they seemed very annoyed by his decision, and were Kurt towards us. However, it could have just been a bad day But, thank you all so much!

What a great place to bring your kids to! I have to applaud the staff for being so awesome with my two year olds first visit! They are very friendly, easy-going, and make it a great experience for kids. They are knowledgeable and bubbly! Thankful to be able to bring my kids here. They really look forward to their visits.
