Alex has been amazing throughout this entire process!! He was with us for every step of the way and provided much needed support for us during this very stressful process. He took his time to ensure we were informed about literally everything (including the things we werent even aware of) and was so helpful i really feel we could not have made this happen without his assistance. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process as well as extremely friendly and patient. I highly recommend his services!

It has been a pleasure working with Guild Mortgage of Grants Pass and specifically Alex Gardner ,our Loan officer and his team, through the process of purchasing a home. Alex made the loan process as smooth as possible and was always there to answer any questions any time of the day whether through text, phone call or email. He was timely and went above and beyond explaining the details of the documents and processes since my husband and I had many questions since we are new homebuyers. Being able to sign all our documents electronically was a plus and made the process really smooth. If any documentation was required they emailed me right away and everything was taken care of on the spot! Alex is amazing. He helped me understand the process of refinancing my home. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain things until I understood. He was professional, kind and respectful throughout this process. If I ever need to refinance or buy a home, Jason will be the guy I trust. Madi made this process even better with her quick responses and explaining exactly what I needed. These two make a great team and never left me hanging. Alex worked tirelessly to make sure my loan process went smoothly. He even came to my house for our first meeting. I got an offer for my home with a contingency to be out in 30 days (during the holidays) and Alex was able to get me pre-approved for a home loan in 24 hours. When the seller wanted to close 2 days early, he managed that as well. I was able to close on the sale of my home and get into my new home within 30 business days. Incredible!
