Musashi Sushi Bar and Japanese Cuisine

Food was excellent. However service was slow and unfriendly. The timing of some of our food was completely off and the servers didn't seem to care at all. We sat at the bar and had to request a water refill, honestly felt like we didn't even exist to them which in my opinion is weird and awfully unprofessional. Most likely won't return and give our money to this business. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian rolls were good but quite plain

Delicious food! Friendly service. We didn't have reservations and they managed to squeeze us in for a party of 4 by moving tables around. They were very busy and I see why! Yum! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free is available on alot of items.

The food was good, the service was terrible. We arrived at 5 pm to an empty restaurant and were told they were full with reservations. We mentioned we tried to call to book a reservation but the phone went straight to answering; the server said yeah, sorry we dont answer the phone if were busy. It took almost an hour to get our food even though there were at least 5 people working the kitchen and 3 servers for a restaurant with 10 tables (more than half of which stayed empty). By the time we left, there were still two tables open that could have accommodated us. The worst part of the whole experience was the unbelievable attitude of the servers. I like to give servers the benefit of the doubt; I served for 10 years and managed restaurants myself. But one thing I cant tolerate is rude staff.
