Interpath Laboratory

Sat in the hallway for 20 minutes while the lady inside had a nice cheerful conversation with someone and never once checked to let me know if they were aware that I was waiting. Guy finally leaves and she says, "well, you can come in now. " is brisk to rude with me the whole time, steps out into the hallway twice to check on people who are waiting before she draws my sample and then says, "you are free to leave. " I don't know why the service is great for some and horrible for others, but it's not worth taking the chance.

Honestly if I could give zero stars, I would. Took my 3 year old toddler in there today, he needed lab work, due to having a bump behind his ear that hasnt gone away. We had two girls simultaneously attempt to take his blood. The one girl (her name is Miranda) was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in the medical field. Not only did she seem inexperienced, (having the second woman walk her through and redirect everything she did-ON A TODDLER) but she was utterly rude, Didnt get a drop of blood out of my son, and then didnt even give, put or offer a bandaid to my now crying and bleeding child (Who WAS NOT kicking, pulling away or screaming during the event, as she pushed a needle in and out of his arm for 30 seconds straight.) She pulled the needle out of my toddler and told us to wait for another person to show up (they were short staffed)...as if expecting to stick my now traumatized 3 year old a second time. His father and I then proceeded to ask to talk to administrators, to which we were met with being screamed do you want her number because shes not in! Multiple times over and over again. I do not recommend this office and WOULD never want another child to experience what my son did. Protect your kids-take them elsewhere.
