A few months ago, I was a wreck concerning accrued debt, due to extenuating circumstances, and the interest was piling up! I sought the advice and legal services of Olsen Daines. Matt Casper (my attorney) was understanding, informative, and explained the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy process plainly and was always available to answer questions, no matter how small. Rex Daines took the time to explain the legal details of a foreclosure advisory I had recieved, and he put me at ease. My Case Manager Selina Gautschi, worked tirelessly to ensure my documents were in order. Paralegal Megan Church was prompt with my paperwork and diligent, ensuring I knew the proper way to complete each form, and how to turn them in. Paralegal Assistant Erin Fox filed my case quickly, which was a fantastic surprise, as I did not expect such a speedy filing, and she provided guidance on the next steps in my case. I should also add that Alexa was very helpful, as were the rest of the Olsen Daines Staff of whom, I cannot thank enough. This was my fist, and hopefully only bankruptcy. I saw that I had a whole team to help me through these troubling times, even as the date for my 1st Meeting of Creditors with the Trustee approaches this March. Fast and efficient having to go thru bankruptcy is a scary thing but they made the whole process easy.
