In my 65 years of buying insurance I have never experienced an agent as knowledgeable, understanding, able to solve problems and communicate as well as Shirley Roberts. She is simply the best. She is one of those rare people who listens. She focuses on her clients' need and wants, not on the product or service. Questions and problems are addressed immediately and answered quickly. Her agency is definitely a Five-Star business and certainly a considerable asset to American Family Insurance.
