Quality Inn

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Not exaggerating. Even Motel 6 (down the street) got higher ratings. See pictures attached: -NO door latch security, 1/2 the hardware missing. -NO SMOKE ALARM, whole unit removed. -Cigarette burn on bed sheet. -Air conditioner struggled due to the fact that the filter has never been cleaned. -A chair so filthy I wouldn't let dogs sit on it. -No tissues. Box holder empty. -No iron or ironing board. -No breakfast when promised: "7 AM", NOT! Breakfast room completely dark with nothing ready to serve breakfast available. Horrible traffic noise, including punks doing doughnuts in the parking lot across the hotel for 1 hour or more. Room 322. Overall, I think the staff hates their job.

Need renovation really bad ,needs new beds the one I had looked like elephant laued in the middle of it .price line says rates as 2.5 star ,nope I strongly disagree

Horrible experience!!! Safety: Felt very violated as staff just walked into room then 2 times after came banging on door harassing me.

This truly is a budget hotel. Saying that is being kind. Drab, torn and dirty. Cob webs on the walls and stained up towels. The bed feels like a metal spring mattress from the 80s. I travel for work. I'm in hotels 4 days a week. I've stayed in budget hotels before, this one was one of the worst. I booked for 4 nights. I was put in a room with no coffee pot, no microwave and no fridge. A disappointment for sure!! The breakfast is "ok". Typical hotel breakfast with horrible eggs and mediocre meats. Self made waffles. A normal stuff. I definitely won't be staying here ever again. Food & drinks: Bars and McDonald's are close
