I called them for information on what type of care they would preform for my mother and after a short conversation of her explaining what they offer, she asked where we live I told her my town (30 miles away) and she said and I quote oh honey thats too far for us good luck and hung up the phone! Im glad we dont live closer I mightve made the mistake of hiring this company. Id say thats pretty bad customer service to just hang up Id hate to see what quality of care they give the patient.

I was in need of some assistance for my mother, I had used other agencies in the area in the past but was never completely happy with the level of service. A co-worker of mine recommended Southern Oregon In-Home care and the difference was like night and day. The quality care, compassion and professionalism was exactly what I was looking for, highly recommend them.
